Pam McCarthy

Pam McCarthy is a graduate of Alma College (Alma, MI) and of the Nicholas School of the Environment at Duke University. Although she studied ecology and coastal environmental management, Pam has worked in a variety of roles throughout her career, including lab technician, researcher, automotive parts specialist, high-school science teacher, and professional musician. At Hemphill Gelder, Pam assists our attorneys in the Estate Administration process. Outside of HG, you might spot Pam playing percussion with one of her bands at your favorite local establishment.
Aubrey Thompson

Aubrey Thompson, a NC native, received her undergraduate degree in psychology and politics & international affairs from Furman University. She is currently going through the law school application process with plans to attend in the Fall of 2024. Aubrey joined Hemphill Gelder, P.C. in 2023 as an administrative assistant during her gap year. In her time away from the office she enjoys collecting vintage vinyls, watching football, and enjoying the outdoors with her adorable fur-baby, Quinn.
